Owner, Virtual Assistant
Hi! I’m Amanda Norris, owner and primary Virtual Assistant at Brick Street Virtual Office, LLC. I help coaches and entrepreneurs get their business processes running smoothly and strive to eliminate important items from falling through the cracks. I also help my clients with managing their social media and online systems; including Infusionsoft.
Outside of my business, I volunteer as a MOPS (Mother’s of Preschoolers) International Ministry Coach. I mentor group leaders through various challenges, and offer encouragement along their leadership journey.
As a mom, I’m super busy driving the mom-taxi to and from various activities. I love the flexibility that owning my own business offers and that it allows me to spend time with my family. Kids grow up before you know it, and I want to soak it all in while I still can.
Brick Street Virtual Office, LLC has grown quickly and I’ve added a team. They help me stay on target and make sure that nothing gets lost. They also take on tasks as needed to ensure that all clients are taken care of with white gloves. My team is fully trained to take on tasks should I need to be away for a little while.

Hi! I’m Valerie Dutton, another Michigander. I love living in an area where there are changing seasons.
I have an extensive background in business, training and development, teaching, and writing. I also like working with social media and seeing how it impacts a business. I have incorporated my background into effectively working as a Virtual Assistant.
When I am not working as a Virtual Assistant, I do a lot of volunteer work with our high school instrumental department. I love working with the students and find them very entertaining and insightful.
My family is a very important part of my life and I love spending time with my husband and two kids, both college age. We love the boating, and skiing that is available here in Michigan.

As a social media manager, I am able to analyze your social media platform, create content, engage and help you take your business to the next level.
